Yep. But those pickups are good the combined team is phenomenal. That Kindo series is one we will always remember Maybe worth noting that Drake was without the Turtleford pickups Drake is stong enough without the Turtleford boys for this one. Hawkstars couldn’t get a bounce and Drake capitalized on a few that they got. Bad giveaway with an empt net by the Hawks and a Nucks goal on it, killed the Hawkstars comeback momentum. Was a good entertaining game, should be a real barn burner tomorrow in Drake. Don’t miss it!! |

If they’re better then your team accept it or move on abd don’t enter “A”. That was my point! Most everyone adds in A. Why fault teams for working within the the rules of the division. |

Gotta thank Marty smith for starting his local/neighbour goalie instead of Hafford goalie. Pretty hard to play the goalie when your team only scores 2… coulda had just about anyone in net and still lost with that offense. |

The only changes that the Hawkstars need to make are to start Gryzbowski (Taylor is injured. No fault to him last night)
Dress Martin Smith for some offensive prowess and his play making skills and sit Lesko in the stands to watch how Marty keeps the puck on a string.
The Hawkstars will be back in Edam for game 3.
No Drake Farmer Sausage party tonight!!
