I also just read about racist comments made by a Kyle player to Macklins goalie. If true can’t say I’d be shocked this kind of thing would be right up Kyle’s alley. Every year there’s something new with this classless town. Hope the Mohawks roll into that cesspool tomorrow and knock these scumbags outta provs. And what makes you any better? Calling an entire town “a cesspool” a town full of volunteer fire fighters, paramedics, teachers, nurses, Police officers and good hard working people? Let’s be clear about one thing here, the word in question here was not pointed at a persons skin colour. It was an article of clothing the individual was wearing. I also didn’t know this had a derogatory meaning! So instead of criticizing and pointing a finger and trying to get the hockey world to sharpen their pitchforks. Let’s all learn from this. This is a great series and tonight will be no different. It’s to bad Kyle is missing a couple bodies due to injury and import status. If they had their full roster. It would have been Kyle in Two. Count me as one that had zero idea it had a cultural significance. I am not condoning what was said just stating I thought it was a Dew Rag. |

Yes indeed it was a dew rag comment, but the dew rag wasn’t the racial slur it was what was said before the dew rag comment.
We will let bosovich explain what was said if he’s man enough to do so.

Interested to see what he gets. If the refs would have caught it and called a gross misconduct he’s out minimum 5 games. However by the sounds of it SHA is investigating so they must have went the game incident report route and in that case there is no guidelines on suspensions that I can find.

It’s sad to see so much hate in so many people. We are all competitors and in the heat of the battle shit happens. But when it’s almost a full day later and cooler heads should have prevailed but we still have people supporting racism… sad sad day for senior hockey in sask |

I hate to speculate but one would assume SHA feels more investigation is required or that a suspension isn’t warranted. My understanding is he admitted exactly what he said. So it should be fairly cut and dry. Not sure what was said prior to “dew rag” |
