With a 3-0 win Grenfell punched their ticket to the finals.

4-0 Grenfell final with 2 en. Pretty uneventful game. Lumsden couldnt muster anything. The odd time they did Kilgore made saves look easy. Spits top players were ok. Fowlie and foster maybe off a bit. All D were solid and Pekrul and hollinger had nice games up front. Lumsden doesnt have much skill up front and no offensive D men to create anything from back there. Team full of solid hard working players though. Always seemingly a tough opponent

Remember reading somewhere I think maybe on the provincial thread that Lumsden was trying to play games with Grenfell by making them play Mondays after Grenfell was tired from provincilas well I guess now we no why because they knew they couldnt beat them straight up so maybe the manager that they called greasy knew what he was doing go broncs in finals
