Close score but rockets Carried the play and didn’t give up much. out chanced and outshot Assiniboia 2 to 1. Assiniboia goalie stole the show. |

Agree with whats posted above, Redvers def. carried the play for the majority of the game. Their defence was super solid, didn't give up much. When Johnson and Smith got set up in the offensive zone the Rebels really struggled to break up the cycle.

All they were missing was offence and their pickups apparently have that taken care of. Gotta be one of the favourites now. |

Not my boots on the ground personally but was told if redvers didn’t have the pickups Assiniboia could hang with redvers fairly close.

Redvers were polite enough to allow Assinniboia about 10 minutes of puck time !! Goalie pickup for Assinniboia was most certainly the reason it wasn’t 12-2.. redvers with kopeck back will probably put more goals up today
