Slight edge to Kinistino.
Goalies:
Kinistino A
Birch Hills B+
Defence:
Kinistino B-
Birch Hills A
Forwards:
Kinistino A
Birch Hills A
This will be a great series that should fill both rinks. Goaltending can be a difference maker in a best of 5 and I give the tigers the edge in this series. I haven’t watched Birch Hills goalie much but from what I hear he is good but might be battling an injury. Defence is all of their guys show up Birch Hills has a top end back end. Forwards is a wash between the teams. Should be lots of beer sold and big 50/50’s.

Birch Hills takes the series, Kinistino wouldn't have even made it past Allan if game 3 was played.

Dude lets not get this started in this thread please, I'm not an Allan fan at all. Im just saying realistically Allan beat them in regular season, doubled them in shots in game 1 then beat them game 2. Im just saying that For these reasons I think Birch Hills takes the series, seems kinistino isnt the playoff team people thought considering their performance against an 8-8 Allan team. I think Birch Hills is the better team. |

Still giving the slight edge to Birchhills though. Just like the good old days in the Pasqua League. Kinistino scored 30 more goals than BH in the Regular season and the goals against also favors the Tigers. I think it all boils down to which team can ice all their main guys and penalties could work out to be the difference in this series. One thing I can tell you for certain is that the BH goalie won't be coming down to fight Gordon again..... |
