It was a great game all around. Kenaston was the better team in the first, but Davidson carried most of the play after that. I was standing right behind the net and the puck hit the crossbar. Davidson hit 3 or 4 posts in the game which was the difference. Once Davidson started playing more physical Kenaston's top two lines were much less noticeable. GWG was a little soft but McNabb made some nice saves in the third that looked way easier than they were. Kenaston was lucky to win this one in my opinion but that's hockey sometimes. Powerplays favored Kenaston but I thought the refs called a pretty good game all around. I thought the smaller ice favored Davidson. Wish this series was going 3 games. Great hockey to watch.

It was a Great Senior hockey contest!! Both teams very skilled played hard with an honest result.. The non goal was a difficult call. I was right behind her for the view and I couldn’t definitively say whether she was right or not .. so just another tough real time hockey call IMO . Good luck to Kenaston going forward!
