It will be Vax over mask, you can't wear a mask and a visor it won't work. And yes the leauge will lose players its unfortunate... and not 100% coaches will have to be vexed but they will have to wear a mask regardless as per sask health orders indoors

My understanding double vaxed leagues all need to be double. Officials time keepers coaches managers and trainers.
any thoughts on who is going to be the keeper of the health information? Currently pjhl is wearing masks under full face masks and it’s not going so well. They have gone double faced. Not sure when it takes effect
