How the mighty have fallen. Drake better add some guys for provincials or they’ll be booking a warm vacation for March. Which doesn’t sound too terrible honestly.

It is great to see drake continue to lose. The way the Blairs’ act make it even better. The huskie connection is over. Wynyard is a solid team, lots of depth.

Any insight on Drakes performance so far this season as far as who looks good and who looks bad? Who they lost and who they gained should have been pretty much a wash talent wise except for in goal? Only game I saw was when they played Lanigan and tough to judge off of one game, look to load up on pie in the new year hopefully

Every team goes through years of being good and then there is those tough years. The huskie connection is still technically there but it is on life support. Not upgrading the goaltending position hasn't helped either which will cost them in the long run this season. As for picking up players in provincials there is only so many to choose from since most of these teams in long lake will be vying for the same players services. If Drake did go A then it was probably a mistake if they are unable to bring in big name players
