After the first couple games of hockey what are your power rankings looking like.
1) Langenburg - only because they’ve won every game so far, with a blowout to Cote who looked to be an upgraded roster.
2)Theodore - beat up on the Axemen who should be no pushover this year.
3)Swan - Right behind Theodore. Could start gelling as the season goes along.
4)Esterhazy - Jayden Isaac is looking like he will be a force on the back end.
5)Wapella - upgraded roster this year with some high end talent up front. Could surprise the league.
6) Cote - As said above, a very tough roster with a lot of grit. But then again Langenburg showed if you don’t play into their head games you’ll do just fine.
7) Churchbridge - lost their one work horse Chris Korchinski. Left a very big void.
8/9) Rocanville and Canora - down so low because they have not yet played. Excited to see how they do this weekend. Canora is looking great on paper and Rocanville is no slouch.
10) Preeceville - Preeceville needs a lot of help to be able to compete. Hopefully they can find some traction somehow in the future.
I’m probably completely wrong, and I don’t see Langenburg being number 1 for the year, but for now.
