really feel for the folks trying to run the outlook team. having locals leave, losing some of their imports to a rival team in the league. anyone who helps run a team knows how frustrating that it.

Maybe once Nakwama went to davidson for big money I'm guessing. The other 2 wanted out to. Or maybe outlook decided to go younger. Who knows. And I don't know about classless seems to me llhl poaches all the svhls top guns lately

Outlook has some kids playing Jr B and one in the W. Not a huge number of really talented kids for a town that size.
SVHL is fairly tame when it comes to the poaching of players really. Spak is good but Benny is just a body.

Probably more to the story if these guys were all willing to leave including locals. Maybe take a look in the mirror. Just because a guy grows up in a shit town shouldn't automatically mean he has to play in said shit town no matter what. |

If Outlook needs more players they can call imports “locals” like everyone else in the league. Calling imports “local” is key in senior hockey but I don’t think outlook gives a shit, alot of other things going on in the town unlike these other towns with absolutely nothing. |

I believe the SV needs to look at addressing the whole imports jumping around the league situation. There’s plenty of reasons why this is a problem.

I know in the LLHL they made a rule last year that if your an elite import, and you want to play for another team in the league you need a release from the team your leaving or play in some other league for a year, before your eligible to play for another team in the LLHL. there used to be a fair bit of poaching going on.. doesn't really happen anymore.

What are some examples in recent years? The LLHL had an issue because guys were playing on a new team every year within the league. Cant think of any situations in the SV like that. |

He’s allowed to say “No, I’m going to stay home”. This is on him just as much as it is on Davidson’s management. |
