Sheesh is this the stanly cup, every player still got their pay check at the end of the night. One team got to celebrate and have a hang over the next day, one team had hurt feelings, get over it.

Much whining from balcarres as usual. The league is always out to screw us. hahahaha Sunday was never an option. Lumsden had planned to close rink on friday and Easter Sunday. It’s was always saturday (if open) or monday to wed but balcarres had guys leaving on vacation those days. As soon as lumsden lost out in prov, we told balcarres we’ll use saturday’s ice, solving their vacation problem. balcarres worked all week to get guys off of work on saturday night. They all were able to get off except one, albers. Those are the main facts. at minimum, by wednesday morning, we knew there was a game saturday night. yeah sure that’s why it says open playoff ice on Sunday? Who cares, Balcarres had all weak to get ready, like stated above Bal was informed after the provincial loss of open times and Balc decided sat was the best date. Lumsden was missing players as well. also I know Alberts could have changed his work Schedule but chose not to. So Sad, to bad you LOST, second in Regular league, Looser in Provincials, Looser in Playoffs. |

Was Albers showing up really gonna change the outcome of a 5 goal game? Lol. Maybe a goal either way but I think people should hop off this Albers excuse. This is senior hockey, how many full lineups are actually played with in a season? Maybe 5-6

Most of the commenters on here are players currently on a senior team somewhere. Most of them pump their own tires or call out players and teams they hate from their league. Coming from an ex senior player, anyone suspected of doing that gets trashed in the dressing room. The anonymity keeps this board far more active then if everyone had to register for an account. |
